Role + Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of litigation.
- Collaborate with partners on case strategies.
- Conduct in-depth legal research, interpret laws, and analyze case information.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
- Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and supporting briefs.
- Oversee the discovery process.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Mentor junior attorneys and staff.
Credentials + Experience
- Exceptional academic and employment credentials; law review, moot court, and/or federal clerkship experience preferred.
- Actively licensed and in good standing in Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and other jurisdictions.
- Experience as a senior associate with a focus on professional service firms.
- Strong legal research skills in complex procedural and substantive matters.
- Excellent legal writing skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Able to maintain a strong pace, be exceptionally organized, and deliver high-quality legal work.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to supervise mid-level and junior associates and staff.
- Passion for building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Strong ethical requirements.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant + Marketing Coordinator
Role + Responsibilities
- Help facilitate day-to-day operations of the firm.
- Assist with billing processes and accounts receivable.
- Create, produce, and update marketing collateral.
- Manage front desk activities as needed, including greeting clients, answering phones, and handling mail and deliveries.
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordinate IT support.
- Coordinate scheduling, office events, lunches, meetings, firm gatherings, and travel logistics.
Credentials + Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Professional, productive, and solution-oriented.
- Detailed-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Able to balance operational responsibilities with creative marketing work.
- Able to maintain a strong pace, be exceptionally organized, and deliver high-quality legal work.
