Meghan is a Practice Director with Law Firm GC. She is committed to helping firms make workplace culture more human, authentic, and compassionate. She collaborates with firm leadership to design and implement talent management strategies with a focus on workplace culture and employee engagement, internal communications, team building, mentoring, and continuous professional growth. Meghan also leads the firm’s operations initiatives and develops comprehensive practice management strategies for firm clients.

Before joining Law Firm GC, Meghan ran the Atlanta office of JAMS, an international alternative dispute resolution firm. At JAMS, Meghan collaborated with the Georgia Lottery Corporation to create a dispute resolution process for cases arising in the coin-operated amusement machine industry. Meghan was also instrumental in efforts to strengthen diversity in ADR. During her period at JAMS, she increased the diversity of the JAMS Atlanta panel and developed extensive educational programming on women in ADR.

Following her time at JAMS, Meghan joined a national law firm as an early pioneer in the group’s newly formed practice management team. In this role, Meghan’s responsibilities spanned operations, talent management, and internal communications. Throughout her tenure, Meghan designed and executed upon processes for post-merger integration and engagement, performance management, internal communications, mentoring, workflow and staffing, and employee retention. The approaches Meghan developed helped set the firmwide standard for attorney support and management.

Meghan earned her J.D. from Tulane Law School. Prior to law school, Meghan graduated summa cum laude from Wheaton College with a B.A. in international relations. During college, she studied abroad at St. Catherine’s College at Oxford University and Trinity College in Rome. Meghan is a member of the Connecticut Bar. She writes on the topics of workplace culture and engagement, attorney onboarding and integration, employee motivation, and inclusivity.

Meghan lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia with her husband, Todd (a tax partner with WBL CPA + Advisors) and children. Meghan is a proud mom to three spirited boys, Jordy, Reid, and Brandon. Meghan enjoys traveling with her family, watching her boys play sports, spending time outdoors, and catching up with friends. Meghan and her family belong to Temple Sinai in Sandy Springs, and they are involved in Camp Judaea, The Weber School and Woodward Academy.
