Garrett Land

Garrett Land is an attorney in Law Firm GC’s Litigation Practice. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, he represents attorneys, law firms, businesses, and insurers in complex disputes, providing practical, strategic counsel from early case assessment through resolution. Garrett has represented clients in state and federal courts across Georgia, Florida, Massachusetts, New York, and Michigan. 

Garrett has extensive experience in complex business and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on law firms, construction, real estate, and contract disputes. Garrett has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, giving him a well-rounded perspective on litigation strategy and dispute resolution. 

Before joining Law Firm GC, Garrett practiced with both a national full-service law firm and a boutique litigation firm. That experience gave him the opportunity to handle a diverse range of matters and represent clients in multiple jurisdictions and forums. 

Garrett earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law, where he completed judicial externships with both state and federal judges, served on the board of the Journal of Medicine and Law, and was selected to participate in the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Economy from Michigan State University’s James Madison College.
