Amy is a senior attorney with Law Firm GC. Amy advises clients on legal and ethical requirements in partnership, firm growth, and succession planning matters.
Amy understands the business of law. She provides strategic advice to attorneys and owners building their firms so they can build a more valuable firm by building a better firm. Amy is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) who understands that planning for a successful exit from the firm (through retirement, sale, or transitioning out of practice) translates to a better day-to-day practice, no matter how success is defined.
When she is not practicing law, Amy enjoys spending time in her community. She serves on the Board of the Dunwoody Nature Center as a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Governance Committee. She is also a graduate of Leadership Perimeter’s inaugural (2024) class.
Amy is an Atlanta native who enjoys international travel and British television. She also likes F1 racing and hopes to make it to Silverstone someday — preferably behind the wheel.
